Note:

A. Must be determined according to the table when the repair and replacement of various components : a compressor pressure within the system have been released , has been separated from the other pressure source , switch on the main circuit has been disconnected , and has been allowed to make closing security identity .

B. Compressor cooling lubricant replacement time depends on the environment , whether acid gas humidity , dust and air.

B. . a cooling oil using ordinary machines : the new compressor after the first 500 hours of operation to be replaced with new oil , after the normal oil change every 2,500 hours or replaced once a year.

B. . b super- cooling oil using a machine : replace every 8000 hours or once every two years . Non- continuous operation of the air compressor should be timely oil changes. Compressor oil change should be archived once every 2 years.

C. Oil filter must be replaced at the first boot after 500 hours , the second time after 1000 hours replacement, replacement of normal time after the press every 2,500 hours.

D. Repair and replacement of the air filter or intake valve , remember to prevent any debris falling into the head, will host the entrance closed during operation. After the operation , the host to the direction of rotation by hand the number of rotations to ensure that no obstacles, to boot .

E. 3000-4000 hours running around in the machine should be checked every belt tightness , if the belt is loose side shall adjusting nut until the belt tensioner and spring work so far ; in order to protect the belt , the entire process must prevent the belt due to oil pollution scrapped .

F. Every time oil change , must also replace the oil filter .
