Cooler maintenance

 

Cooler should be cleaned on a regular basis according to the environmental conditions , the compressor at normal temperatures, ensure that the machine has a longer life , when cooler fouling , compressor discharge temperature will rise. General should be cleaned every 1500 hours air-cooled cooler outside , should be cleaned every 1500 hours water-cooled chiller water side , periodically clean the cooler has the following benefits :

1 , the unit always work in ideal working temperature (95 ℃ or less ) , the machine 's performance, life is good .

2 , can be cleared by using a cleaning fluid dirt , otherwise when the dirt is thick, clean-up work is quite troublesome, need to remove the cooler , by means of mechanical methods to complete the cleanup.

Air-cooled chiller

1 , stop and make sure the pressure has been released finished, pull down the power switch .

2, open the hood to clean wind cover, or remove the cooling fan.

3 , cleaning with compressed air to blow the dirt , the dirt out and then wind shield ; If dirty , you should spray some

Degreasers and then blowing . When using the above method can not be cleaned , you need to remove the cooler , or soaked with cleaning fluid jetting and with the brush ( Do not use a wire brush ) to clean.

4 , cover or cooling fan installed .

Water-cooled chiller

1, stop and make sure the pressure has been released finished, pull down the power switch.

2, open the cooling water inlet and outlet pipe.

3, into the cleaning solution soak or wash (recoil better) pump cycle.

4, rinse with water.

5, the cooling water inlet and outlet pipe installed.

 

When the oil cooler fouling more serious, clean up using the above method is not ideal, can be individually removed oil cooler, open two end caps, with special steel brush or other tool to clean to remove scale. When cleaning up the cooler side can not effectively reduce the temperature of the medium, you need to clean up the oil side, as follows:

1, stop and make sure the pressure has been released finished, pull down the power switch.

2, open access to the tubing.

3, into the cleaning solution soak or wash (recoil better) pump cycle.

4, rinse with water.

5, with dry air dry or dehydrated oil in addition to water.
